Return an Item

At Horus Vision we want your experience with us to be as positive and as easy as possible. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. Please review the following Return Policy.

 

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date your item was shipped. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

 

To initiate your return, please complete and submit the form on our returns page to request an RMA number. Upon completion, follow the provided return instructions and return the item within 5 business days to ensure that your exchange or refund is processed in a timely fashion.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspecting the item, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or exchange. If you have elected to receive a refund and your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or other original method of payment) within 10 business days. If you have elected to exchange the item, your replacement item will be shipped to you in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

We may periodically update our Return Policy, and will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on our website.
